Main Building
The College of Law is housed in a 131,760-square-foot facility on the Broadway campus. The four-story building includes a combination appellate moot court room-auditorium, a trial court room, five lecture rooms, seminar-meeting rooms, placement interviewing facilities, staff and faculty lounges, faculty and administrative offices, Law Review and Moot Court offices. An extensive system of built-in audiovisual equipment has been installed for the use of students, faculty, and staff. The main building includes the four-story, 16,000-square-foot Wendell H. and Anne B. Gauthier Family Wing.
Law Library
The Loyola University New Orleans College of Law Library is housed in the College of Law building, which is on the Dominican campus. It occupies parts of the first and third floors and all of the second floor of the main building, a total of over 52,000 square feet. The Library’s full-time staff numbers seven, including four librarians. Within the law library are two student computer labs.
Broadway Activities Center
The Broadway Activities Centers (BAC) is located across Pine Street from the College of Law. It houses two classrooms, offices for student organizations, and food services.
Broadway Building
The Broadway Building is located at 540 Broadway Street. Opened in 2011, it provides an additional 24,190 square feet of functional space for the College of Law. The building houses the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic, the Gillis Long Poverty Law Center, the Center for Social Justice, the Office of Skills and Experiential Learning, and the Jesuit Social Research Institute, faculty and staff offices, one classroom, a mock courtroom, five conference rooms, three client meeting rooms, a client waiting room, three copy rooms, a computer lab for law students participating in the clinic, and two storage locations for confidential files.
In 2023, the Jesuit Social Research Institute moved into suite 330 on the 3rd floor of the Broadway Building.
