Students wishing to register for Legal Research Supervised Paper (LAW L898) and Independent Study Supervised Research (LAW L899) should complete the appropriate form, which is located on the Law Academic Affairs webpage.
Limits on Independent Study
Under no circumstances can a student elect any combination of course numbers LAW L891, LAW L893, LAW L898, LAW G898, or LAW L901 (group 1 below) that would result in more than six hours. Also, under no circumstances may a student elect any combination of course numbers LAW L898, LAW G898, LAW L899, LAW G899, and LAW L900 (group 2 below) that would result in more than six hours.
